A 130+ page international social strategy

Client background

A mobile software brand (system utilities and security apps) preparing to scale its international social presence across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Europe.

The situation

The brand had domestic success but no repeatable playbook for new markets. Each region had its own team, platform preferences, and content expectations — but no unified strategy or measurement framework.

What we did

Researched platform dominance, content formats, and competitive dynamics for each target market. Built a 130+ page strategic plan: regional content frameworks, platform prioritization, localization guidelines, and KPI structures.

Each market got its own playbook, but all tied to a single overarching brand positioning and content operating system.

Short-term results

The plan was approved and became the foundation for a 12-month international rollout. The first pilot region (Southeast Asia) launched within 60 days.

Long-term impact

The framework became the company's international social operating manual. Every new market entry now starts with the same research structure and content scaffolding.
